Virgo Web 3 Labs Ltd. and our affiliates and subsidiaries (“Virgo”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it by complying with this privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”).
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect the personal information of our customers (“you” or “your”) when you use our Wallet V (the “Wallet V”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “personal information” generally means any information about an identifiable individual, which includes information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person. Personal information does not include business contact information, including your name, title, or business contact information.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to any personal information that we or our affiliates may collect through other means or in connection with any of our other products or services, or that you provide to or that is collected by a third party, including through any third party service, application, exchange, or network that is accessible through the Wallet V. As we do not control any such third party services and decentralized applications or exchanges, or digital asset networks, we encourage you to read the privacy policies for those services, applications, exchanges, or networks prior to using them.

Personal Information. We may receive or collect personal information from and about you when you install, access, or use the Wallet V, such as your internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your device to the internet, your public key address used for your Wallet V, and your e-mail address, user name, or other similar identifier that you may use to contact us.
Technical Information. We may collect device-specific information when you install, access, or use the Wallet V. This may include your time zone setting, operating system and platform, information about your internet connection, usage data and, if you choose to allow push notifications through the Wallet V, your device's unique push token. We may also temporarily collect information from the decentralized applications, decentralized exchanges, and digital asset networks that you connect to, while that connection is active.
Non-Personal Information. We may collect certain information when that does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity or directly relate to an identifiable individual in connection with your use of the Wallet V (such as how you may view, use or otherwise interact with the Wallet V), the performance of the Wallet V, and statistical or aggregated information that may be derived from your personal information collected through your access or use of the Wallet V.

If you link your Wallet V with your Virgo account, you may receive marketing from our Affiliates in accordance with your communication preferences associated with your Virgo account. You can manage your preferences within your Virgo account.
Any communications we send to you will either be related to your account or will be related to the Services. In the event we send any communication to you which is not related specifically to your account, we will provide you with an "unsubscribe" mechanism through which you may opt out of receiving other similar messages in the future.
We do not allow third-party banner ads on Wallet V, but if we ever do, we will update this policy.

When you access and use the Wallet V, we may place small data files called cookies or pixel tags on your computer or mobile device.

Children Under The Age Of 13
The Wallet V is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information in connection with or through the Wallet V. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information to us in connection with or through the Wallet V. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. You may delete your Wallet V account at any time. Please remember that when you delete your account, it does not affect the information third parties (including, third party services, decentralized applications and exchanges, and digital asset networks) may have relating to you.
